Chad D. Tepley

President and Founder

As President and Founder of CDT Realty Corporation, Chad Tepley has spent over 20 years in local and national commercial real estate engaged in nearly every facet of the business — capital markets, brokerage, investment sales, acquisitions, and development.  Prior to CDT Realty, Mr. Tepley transacted over $1.5 billion in real estate during his career in positions with Jones Lang Lasalle Americas Inc, Cedar Street Companies, Jameson Commercial, and Garrett Realty & Development. He received his degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and currently resides in southwest Minneapolis.  Aside from his real estate work, Mr. Tepley has volunteered/lived/traveled internationally to over 50 countries and has worked with programs including Little Sisters of the Poor in Mombasa, Kenya, Bioandina Argentina & The Buenos Aires Zoo in Sierra Paileman, Argentina, New Life Home in Mombasa, Kenya, and Discover Rome in Rome, Italy.
